Terms of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CodePlug Technologies (“CodePlug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the AI Dance mobile app on iOS and Android.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using AI Dance, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Using AI Dance

You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent under your local law. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AI Dance for lawful personal or internal creative purposes. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, bypass security or usage limits, or exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.

AI Dance creates an anonymous account for you. Keep your device and user ID secure. You are responsible for activity associated with your account.

2. Your content and AI output

You retain any rights you have in photos and other content you upload. You give CodePlug and our service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support AI Dance.

You represent that you own your uploads or have all permissions, releases, and consents needed to use them—including permission from an identifiable person shown in a photo. Do not upload a minor’s image without lawful parental or guardian consent.

AI output is generated probabilistically. It may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing or relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, CodePlug does not promise that an output is unique or that intellectual-property rights will arise in it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use AI Dance to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit;
• impersonates or deceptively depicts a real person, including a public figure, without appropriate consent or lawful basis;
• infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• sexualizes or exploits minors, or otherwise puts a child at risk;
• contains malware, attempts to disrupt the service, or evades technical limits; or
• is used to mislead people about a consequential matter or to facilitate harm.

We may reject prompts, remove content, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service and its users.

4. Subscriptions, coins, and purchases

AI Dance may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time coin packs. Current prices, included benefits, billing period, and any trial terms are shown in the app and confirmed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.

A subscription automatically renews for the same billing period unless you cancel through your Apple or Google account at least as required by the applicable store. Deleting AI Dance or deleting your AI Dance account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Apple or Google handles billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds under its rules. CodePlug cannot directly refund a store transaction. Restoring purchases may restore eligible entitlements tied to the same store account.

Coins are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use eligible AI Dance features. Coins have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not a bank account or stored-value product. Except where law or store policy requires otherwise, consumed coins and delivered digital services are non-refundable.

5. Storage and deletion

Uploaded photos, intermediate files, generated videos, and their generation records are scheduled for deletion within 20 days. Download outputs you want to keep before they expire. We are not responsible for content lost after the stated retention period or because of device, network, or service failure.

You can permanently delete your AI Dance account and associated active data from Settings. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, and deletion may not be reversible.

6. Availability, changes, and termination

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features, models, coin costs, plans, or provider integrations. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, security, capacity, or events outside our reasonable control. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, any rights available under applicable law and store rules continue to apply.

You may stop using AI Dance at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create risk or harm, or if necessary to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability—will survive.

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Dance is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodePlug and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or harm arising from your content or output. Our aggregate liability relating to AI Dance will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for AI Dance in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or INR 5,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Apple and Google platform terms

If you obtained AI Dance from Apple, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for support or claims relating to AI Dance except as its terms require, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

If you obtained AI Dance from Google Play, your use and purchases are also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service. If these Terms conflict with mandatory store terms, the mandatory store terms control for that platform.

9. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in your country remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as AI Dance changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use AI Dance after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
