Privacy policy

AI Dance is provided by CodePlug Technologies (“CodePlug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the AI Dance mobile app on iOS and Android.

1. Information we handle

Account and device information

AI Dance creates an anonymous user ID for your account. We may process a one-way device identifier hash, session information, device platform, locale, app version, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. We do not require your name, email address, or password to create this account.

Photos, references, and generated content

When you start a creation, we process the photo you select, the dance reference or template you choose, prompts and generation settings, and the resulting image or video. The app also stores generation status, timestamps, and technical identifiers so you can see and retrieve your creations.

Purchases

If you buy a subscription or coin pack, we receive the product identifier, transaction or order identifier, purchase status, and information needed to verify the store receipt and credit your account. Apple or Google processes your payment details; CodePlug does not receive your full card number.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, we process a Firebase Cloud Messaging token along with platform, locale, and app version so we can tell you when a creation is ready and measure whether a notification was opened. You can turn notifications off in iOS or Android settings.

Support messages

If you contact us, we receive the message and contact details you choose to provide.

2. How we use information

• Provide, queue, process, and deliver AI-generated dance videos.
• Maintain your anonymous account, coin balance, purchases, and creation history.
• Send requested creation-status notifications and respond to support.
• Detect abuse, protect the service, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to train our own AI models.

3. Service providers

We share information only as needed to operate AI Dance:

• Cloudflare provides application hosting, database, object storage, queues, delivery, and security services.
• Replicate and its model providers process selected media and generation instructions to create outputs. Current workflows may use OpenAI image technology and Kling/Kuaishou video technology through Replicate.
• Google Firebase provides push-notification delivery through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, and store account details under their own policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos, intermediate files, generated videos, and the associated generation record are scheduled for deletion no later than 20 days after creation. Save any output you want to keep to your device before it expires.

Purchase and account records may be retained while your account is active and for longer where reasonably required for transaction verification, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or law. Operational backups and logs may persist for a limited period before rolling deletion.

You can choose Settings → Delete account and data. This permanently removes the account record and user-associated media from our active systems. Some minimal records may be retained when legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

5. Your choices and rights

• Decline photo-library or notification permission; some features will not work without the permission they need.
• Disable push notifications through your device settings.
• Delete your account and data from the app.
• Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of applicable personal data, subject to local law.

Include the user ID shown in AI Dance Settings when contacting us so we can locate the correct anonymous account.

6. Security and international transfers

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including authenticated sessions, hashed device identifiers, restricted storage access, and encrypted network transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

CodePlug is based in India, and our providers may process information in India, the United States, and other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

7. Children

AI Dance is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. A parent or guardian must supervise and consent where local law requires it. Do not upload a minor’s image unless you have the legal authority and appropriate consent to do so. Contact us if you believe a child provided information improperly.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as AI Dance, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice in the app when a material change requires it.
